October 15, 2024 – Biometrics appointment
September 23, 2025 – Filed mandamus
October 9, 2025 – New card is being produced
October 10, 2025 – Case was approved

Congratulations! Did you need to go through an interview for your asylum based green card, or was it approved without one?
 
You filed mandamus within a year ?? What state did a judge mandate your card before the Uscis timeline of 16months and could you share your attorney?
USCIS processing times are not legally binding. They are estimates, not legal deadlines.

The judge does not necessarily mandate USCIS to adjudicate your case. The only instance where that could happen is if the defendants fail to respond after 60 days, or if they file a motion to dismiss and the judge sides with you.
