Hello I am sharing my timeline for my asylum case and advise for perspective as reference.
2015 May 30 arrived to this US
2016 Applied for Asylum
2017 Granted Work permit
2024 I left the country no parole permit
2025/01 January Came back
2025/02 Filing writ of mandmous
2025/03 Interview
2025/04 Referral to Court
2025/05 parole travel denied from ICE DHS USCIS
2025/06 Work permit renewed
2025/07 ICE requested to visit them after 90 days
2025/08 Motion to expedite denied from EOIR
2026/01 First Hearing
If your asylum case is pending advise apply for travel permit. It help you apply for different countries to seek an asylum.
Don't trust this process, this process is working against you and during my visits to the offices people at ICE office are hand cuffed and there are murders and criminals the office has heavy police attended but this place is a mix if you are a doctor or you spent years reading books before you go to this place and start this process book your flight and save yourself.
Overall Jounery definitely not worth the time of the knowledge if i wouldn't recommend the United States for immigration.
