    I have three month gap between opt and h1b, and I'm thinking to take a course at Kaplan. I have a PhD from US, can I enroll in an english course (TOEFL) at Kaplan? Will USCIS accept it or it is better to take a GMAT or GRE course?

    can a usc adopt a pr(green card holder)?

    I know that a usc can adopt an adult usc over the age of 18 (dependent in what state you reside though). My question is: Can a usc adopt an adult (over 18) permanent resident (green card holder)? Thank you in advance for your answers.
