I applied for green card lottery program and received forms for me and my wife. During that proces we got a baby. Do I need to inform abbout change and copy forms for a baby and send them or I need to wait for approval from Kentucky center? If I do not have a person who can guarantee for me and my familly do I steel can send completed forms without being affraid of rejection?
