Hi, I filed CP in early May and filed I485 in June when visa suddenly become current. My lawyer said that since my CP is pending, it is ok to file I485. And, I should be able to pick one to continue process later. Does it true? Or, I need to withdraw CP now. Thanks.

Hi, I am using old way to process my green card. I-140/EB3 has been approved and wait for quota to file I-485. PD: 11/23/2003 H1-B expired on May 2008. Can I ask my company to file green card based on PERM and using EB2(current in EB2 category)? Or Can I ask company B to fill PERM...
