thanx 4 ur response, jedi... so, if they send it back, do u think they would still cash the money order or would they send that back too (for other types of rejections/denials, fees is non-refundable right)?

i knew about the fee increase about a month ago and prepared and completed my application a while ago (my money order is dated 07/19), but was dumb enough to have delayed actually posting it till today (07/30)... so mine will be postmarked 07/30.. do u guys think it'll be accepted? if not...
