hi so I just got the letter informing me that my biometrics appointment was 10 days ago. the letter is marked a month ago, but it arrived in the mail today. I hadn't gotten mail for days, and then a bunch of it arrived in a rubber band in the mailbox. so weird! so I missed my appointment...
