    Hi My H1 is expiring on Oct 31 2010. My employer applied for I-129 on May 23 2010. It's been on "Initial review" for more than 3 months now. I got just about 25 days left for my H1B to expire. my I-94 is the same. (Oct 31 2010). Do I have to deport back to my home country and await...
