I filed for me and for my wife on July 26. The notice date is July 31st. My approval notice was sent on Sept 12th. My wife's case is still pending. the service center is TSC.

I got it within 3 weeks of applying in TSC. I was really close to expiry. Anyway I am working H1B still.

I am planing to send my wife abroad on AP for 4 months. I hope it should be fine. Has anybody had any issues for prolonged stay in abroad??

AP approved I filed AP application on 7/26/2007. It got approved yesterday. Yet to receive the hard copy. Same day filed for my wife also. Still waiting approval.

EAD renewal approved I applied for my renewal EAD on July 26th (TSC) and gor the card on August 25th. Still waiting for the AP renewal approval.

Name check pending I went to infopass today. Found that my name check is still pending since August 2006. My wife filed 485 Feb 2007 and hers is cleared already.

Congrats !!! But I know you must be in tremendous pressure as your wife's name is not yet added. As I understand there is an alternative route if your GC is approved before adding your wife's name to your I485. As long as you are married before your GC approval you can follow that route. It...
