I had my interview today at the Dallas USCIS office. I passed the tests and answered all the questions 100% honestly. The officier asked me if I had ever been arrested or jailed I answeres yes and gave them the information of my arrests. I do not have a criminla record and the case was dismissed. On my n-652 form it says "a decision can be made on my application"
How long will I have to wait and do I have anything to worry about if I have never been convicted of a crime?
