Hi, all I submitted I140/I485/EAD/AP all together in 03/2004 to VSC under EB1 (OR). My wife also submitted I485/EAD/AP at the same time. Will VSC grant EAD to my wife before my I140 is reviewed/approved? I heard that in EB1 category, VSC will not issue EAD before I140 is approved, is it true...
