Hi, I am filing my I-539 online to extend my family member's stay for medical treatments. Last time I filed the paper form along with I-134 (Affidavit of Support). However, I do not see an option to file I-134 along with the online I-539. Do you know how to do that?

Are you going to travel with/without a US passport? I see http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/n400 that it usually takes 2-4 weeks to apply for US passport after the Oath date.
