    what is LUD?

    Hi, I got a simple question: what's LUD? I heard some people got it even after they got I140 approved couple months ago. No idea what it is?

    urgent question about NIW and transfering job

    If I submit the I-140 application, then find another job. I knew NIW is not employer based. So, is there any bad consequences on the application if I change the job?
