INS recording to take 975-999 days for EB1 I485 application, HELP
My I485(EB1 china, current) application was sent to INS around Feb 12, and received the receipt on 9 MAR by my attorney (WAC-01-122-XXXXX). However, I check the INS phone (949 831 8427) today (Mar 10), stated: They received it on 6 Mar and it takes between 975 to 999 days to process this...- xiao62
