What happens after Labor certification?
I have my labor filed from Wyoming and maybe it can be approved before march end. Hopefuly, it is approved. What i don't know is if it does get approved and i luckily avoid the whole PERM/retrogession etc etc, what happens. Am i eligible to file for I-140 and 485 at the same time and wait for 3...
