Processing times at MSC-NBC

Hello everyone! I am a newbie here. And I would like to know if anybody can answer our questions. We applied for AOS at the NBC on 12/12/04. We sent all the forms together. I am in a great need of obtaining my EAD. Do you know if with the new lockbox system in Chicago, the NBC forwards cases...
