thanks for your reply. I am starting a new application but I was hoping to rescue my first one. It has priority date of June 2002 and it appears to me that priority date is going to become very important pretty soon. But it seems like I am doomed :-(

I filed I-140 in EB2 which got denied. I have an MTR pending. I was wondering if I can file another I-140 in EB3 without withdrawing that MTR. Is it possible? Please help. Thanks.
