I don't believe it! - today as well our lawyer got a cancellation notice for the Chicago interview. They are making a decision from the Nebraska CSC and say they will mail a letter when they have made a determination - weird!

No. We just today got an interview notice for Chicago office, May 17th!

I think if you explain all this at the interview, you'll be fine. Try taking mail that's come for each of you at the same address (bills, letters etc) - I think mostly the USCIS wants some proof that you live together/share a life. Also, it's pretty simple to get a joint life insurance policy...

Quick update... Received AP December 2nd. All applications sent to lock box end of August, ND September 2nd 2005, so it took exactly 3 months to get AP.

As I said in a previous post, these tracker dates are NOT accurate. You would do better to follow people's processing times on this forum - they actually reflect what's really happening. Ari is right; try to relax (although that can be tough) - worrying and obsessing won't make anything...

I agree! Chicago DO says Early 2004 (can't remember which month), but applicants from February 2005 (marriage based) already have their green cards!
