I got the "welcoming" email at 6:02pm on 6/20, got "card production" at 8:33pm, 2 hours apart. I think you can go once you get the card. I understand the max out time should be 6 month maybe you can extend it but not sure.

Also, I had 8/19/06 LUD before the last.

My spouse's PD will become current in June (EB3), in the mean time, my I140 got cleared, my lawyer suggested to file I485 (EB2) and said it has no impact on the other pending case. But my spouse's lawyer opposed it, said it would significantly slow down the case... I need to make decision...

We received FP notice 2 weeks ago

After a long wait for I765, finally I got 3 approvals last week, my ND 10/21/2003, concurrent, EB3.

Yes, got it on 1/20, plan to apply another one on 4/9 if this one does not come, my question is: during the time if I got RFE on I140, can I apply? I'm using iEAD now.

I still have not received anything yet, saw so many people who filed in Jan. got their EAD, any suggestions?

I filed I765,I140,I485 all on 10/21/03, have not heard anything so far, can I still go to Chicago office to get iEAD after reach 90 day? My H will expire soon. Thanks in advance.
