    anyone\'s file send to Baltimore, instead of his local INS?

    Hi there , I just learned that my case was transfered to Baltimore, but Baltimore is not my local INS. Is there anyone who has similar situation? If the cases are to be transfered, does VSC send the cases to Baltimore only, not your local INS? Thanks. T
