485 Approved after RFE issued
No Title My RFE is dated 1/16/01. It asked for W2 of 2000, most recent 3 paystubs and employment letter. I think you can call IIO since it has been 14 days after RFE is issued. Hope it helps. - wbf- wbf

485 Approved after RFE issued
After 12 years staying in this country, finally I got my 485 approved. I had 2 job changed, 1 company closed down(and labor cert process stopped) and 4 rounds of laid off. Thanks God for his guidance and faithfulness. Here\'s my details. RD - 9/30/99 ND - 10/8 EAC# - EAC-00-006-xxxxx...- wbf
