Hi I was born to canadian citizens .My parents were living in St Paul Minnesota.My Birth certificate is a USA document.My parents moved back to Canada shortly after my birth (months after) I had to apply for a citizenship card in Canada when I turned 18 for employment purposes.My question is ....do I have us citizenship or not I would like to believe I do .I get so many different answers to this question.
