    No Title Once my lawyer sent the RFE response, I constantly checked the AVM for any updates. On Jan 28, 2002 the message got changed to "RFE response received on Jan 28th, 2002 blah blah" Thats how I know that INS received my RFE response. FYI, -Venkat

    At last my I-485 is approved. Details: EB2 India, PD April 14, 2000 RD Mar 22, 2001 ND Mar 29, 2001 RFE sent by INS on Jan 02, 2002 for last pay stubs. RFE received by INS on Jan 28, 2002. Receipt # EAC-01-138-XXXXX Best of luck to all of those who are in the queue. -Venkat
