H-1 Visa transfer: urgent advise needed
I am currently on H-1b visa and the, i was working with a cleint company. my Project with the cleint company got over on Jan 5th 2002. My employer has notified the INS about the termination of my H-1 but he is also not paying me any money while i am on bench. In the meantime i got permanent job...
