    I am in a very similar situation my visa will expire jan 2008. I have filed for a regular I-140 this month. and would just wait for the PP to open.there is an article in hooyou.com saying that concerns on PP has been brought to the attention of the director of the USCIS.

    PP I-140 is a mess right now!! thanks for the input.i read that some are suggesting ,considering the huge intake of applications of I140,that they might open the PP and do a step by step approach in assessing applicants.No protocols are in place as of yet. try this website...
