Hi,
My friend went for H1 stamping in Delhi, India. Unfortunately he was asked to provide client letter. If for any reason he couldn't get it from his employer, can he get H1 sponsorship from some other employer next year? Thanks in advance.
Thanks
Thanks GC_quoi. My RFE was for EVL, Tax returns and Pay slips for last 12 months. Status query can be opened by calling national customer service if a case is behind by more than one month from processing date and there is no update in the case in last 60 days. As my case was updated for...

wish you all the best
KAMVP, I wish you all the best. Here is my story. My 485 LUD changed on 12/15 & 12/16. I called VSC Rep during last week of December and was told that my case is moving normally and should hear from them soon. I went to Buffalo INS office on 1/5/05 to enquire about my...
Yes it's OK to open a query on your own by calling NSC. I don't think there is any harm. I opened two queries so far. I belive first query resulted in as receipt of my FP. I opened the second query last week and hope that it will result in as approval.
I am also in the same boat. Filed I-485 in Oct 2002 and did the second time FP on 9/29/04. It took 5 weeks for USCIS to receive my FP. My advise is call NSC and initiate an enquiry. Even though it doesn't result in as an immediate approval, it will force them(VSC) to move your case.
My experience was also similar to gchopefull. I was able to get hold of VSC rep. He told It will take 2 to 4 months for approval after FP. Mine was done on 9/29/04.
