H4 Visa stamping

Hi, I am on H1B visa and it expires aug 2005. I am planning to go to India by May 2005 . Can i get new H1B extension by that time. And also since i cannot get revalidation with new H1B(revalidations cannot be done 2 months earlier than visa expiration) by that time, can i get my wife's H4...
