My Husband is in L1B and I am in L2 . I have applied for EAD. Our visa is valid till June 2011. My husband wants to go to some offshore work for 2 months and come back here. My question is will my EAD be still valid if I go back to India and comeback here again or should I apply for EAD again.- vishra2001
