Hi, My visa date is completed in jun. My company filed for h1 extension. Mine is filed in Feb 2003. The current process shows Jan 10 2003. I got info from attorney that it takes another 2 to 3 months to get it approved. Should i try for Premium process. If so is there any legal issues...
