Heloo I'm Libyan Muslim 19 years old and my brother is U.S. citizen as he was born there and he live in Dubai now and my question is : Can i apply for the U.S. citizenship or a green card with the fact that my brother doesn't live in the USA now ? Thank you .- VirtualAhmed
