F1 reistatement and I485

I have been keeping my f1 and also currently on pending under I485 through my spouse who works for her sponsored employer. I just lost my f1 'cause I fell below full-time. I am thinking about appliying for reinstatement through I539. I have been working with my EAD, though, by my attorney...
