OPT to H1 or back to F1 ????
My OPT expies on Aug 20th, I have some questions regarding this matter. First, if I apply for H1 (premium processing) by say June 1st and have it approved by June 15th for a start date of Oct 1st, can I continue to retain my OPT and F1 status until Aug 25th ?
