    Change of Status from B to L

    Dear All, I am in US now on a valid B1 visa. For changing the status from B1 to L1 - do I have to wait for 90 days since last entry in the US (appearing on I-94) or can it be done anytime. To clarify - I want the processing to be done in the US itself and not in home country. Regards
