L1 visa has to be stamped, or I-797A with new I-94 enough for L2 for my wife and kids?
Hello, I can not find exact info on this topic. I am in the US, came on B1 visa and have a I129 petition approved about two weeks ago. Just got the change of status (from B1 to L1A) approval notice in the mail. Is I-797A with my new I-94 are enough for my family to apply for L2 visa back home...- vik3d
