    H4 VISA help please

    Plzz help. My H1B visa expires by May15 2008. But I have the H1B extension till 2011 in papers . My wife has her H4 visa till May 15th 2008 but I-94 has been issued till 2011. Do I need to go out of country and get the stamping done on her passport again before may15th???

    H1B Educational requirement ??????

    Is there any minimum requirement for H1B interms of education. I am planning to apply for H1B (ofcourse next year) for my wife,But she is haveing only 3 years degree from India and a diplamo course for 1 year. Is it possible to apply for me to apply for H1B. Does this diplamo count into 4 years...

    H4-H1B transfer and H1B requirement

    I am planning to bring my wife in H4 and apply for H1B from here. Is it possible to konw some good consultancy where they can do this transfer. and another thing is that is it necessary that you must have done a 4 year degree to apply for H1B ???? Please advice
