    On May 12, my I 485 was approved. But my spouse and Kids have been issued a RFE on May 9th. Does anyone have this experience? I appreciate your feedback Thanks Our ND Dec 2001 FP Mar 2002

    EAD renewal - Boston/Manchester

    A week ago, I went to Boston INS office and was turned down for a EAD renewal request. Mine expired in Jan 2003. Did not realise it till March 7. The reason for denial was since my I485 is pending at Vermont, I am supposed to contact that office only.

    EAD card expired in Jan 2003

    Can my dependent spouse work while the EAD card is being renewed. We went to Boston office and they said EAD can be renewed only at the center where Adjustment of status is pending which in my case is Vermont. Can some one guide me?
