    Transfer from academic H1B

    Hi, I'm currently working for a University (non-profit) on a H1B and am planning to move to a company (profit-based). Can I do a H1B transfer anytime? Or do I have to wait till Oct 2007 to get into the 65,000+20,000 quota? Please reply .. Thanks & Regards, Vijay
