    FP question

    Hi, I only received FP notice for me 2 weeks ago, but not my wife\'s. She is my dependent. My lawyer said she could go with me for the FP even she doesn\'t have a FP notice. Is this right? Thanks. Vijay

    Priority Date is the same as RD on FP notice

    Hi, I got my finger print notice today. The PD is the same as RD (12/01). In fact, my PD should be 03/00. Also, the PD on my I485 receipt is empty. Is this a problem? Have a good holiday! Thanks RD:12/01 FP:06/02
