    EB2 from EB3 change ??

    All gurus, My LC & I140 is cleared in EB3 category from VSC & waiting for 485. Can I change my GC application from EB3 to EB2 category at VSC by keeping PD??. If, Yes can U guys tell me procedures or website or some written note about it. so, I can talk to my lawyer. Thanks in advance
