Hi, I would like to know if there will be any issue in retaining the priority date from an approved I140 if you are out of the country and want do a new perm and labor with another employer after say 5 years. Will it work? Are there any constraints and implications on the same? Will there be any question while filing a new H1 from India with an approved I140 from a previous employer? Thanks.
