I-140, 765,485 Filed cocurrent on sept 26/03

Well i have not even got my work permit yet.(APPLIED ON SEPT 03) I received a notice requesting additional evidence of work experience on Nov 13 2003. I mailed the employers letter which they received on Jan 21 04. I called the 800 number for the latest position in june 04 and got the reply...
