Filing of 2 I-140.. ( 1. I-140 2. I-140 & I-485 ) Is it possible ??
Guys, My labour just got approved and my lawyer has filled the I-140 last week. I would like to know could I file another petition for concurrent I-140 and I-485 together. This would help me to get the EAD and AP earlier. Is it possible and would it have any effect on the petition which...- vick74
