hey my name is veshal i appled for my green card based on my marriage in 2007 and sinces now my online status says request for evidence i got my work permit but im still waiting for my interview for my green card each and everytime i call to service center they making me wait 6 month and this year in march i got the letter from missoure that according to there record my case is pending and the transffer to NYCS AND I CALLED BACK TO NYCS and they said i have to wait for 6 months again can anyone help me and tell me what should i do?
