    Have approval notice, card, everything. Fingerprints were taken in January 2007, so they should be okay too. Customer service does not know what it is.

    Just received a "document sent to the applicant" email weeks after my approval notice and a week after card and approval notice receipt (i.e. nothing was pending). I-485 status also changed to "document sent to applicant" instead of "approval notice sent". All my other items in the portfolio...
