Finally my wife's judicial oath has been scheduled. To our surprise it is not the US District Court at Commerce Street in Dallas, TX, but US District Court, Eastern District of Texas which is according to her Oath Letter at the same address as the USCIS office in Irving, TX.

That we already figured out... Can anyone share his/her experience with judicial oath timing here in Dallas/FW area ? Many thanks in advance!

In fact, she is changing only one letter in her first name as her name spelling is different (where pronunciation is same) in our native language and this caused her lot of trouble in the past... We will wait little longer (maybe 1-2 weeks) if no action is taken from USCIS we might want to...
