Travel and I140 RFE/Denial
My Advance Parole(AP)and EAD is approved for the family and planning to go to India on AP but my I-140 is still pending at NSC (Nov 14, 2006 is the current date and my date is Dec 14, 2006) ,H1-B1 and H-4 visas are not stamped on passports Question--Can me and my family still go to India...- venkateshhegde
