    H4 to H1 Stamping ----URGENT

    Hi I am H1 Visa working in USA for the past 1 year. I do not have H1 visa stamp in my passport. I was here on H4 visa. My question is can I attend the Visa Interview at any consulate in India or should I go to Chennai , which falls under my jurisdiction area and thats where my H4 was issued...
