    Need Help! Packet 3 Mumbai

    Help please. My AC140 application along with OF230 and OF169 forms were sent out in Jan. I finally got a mail from Mumbai with my case number and the packet 3 forms. Do I need to fill it out again and sent it even though I had sent it with my AC140 application. Thanks in advance.

    Mumbai Packet3

    For AC140, does Mumbai send the Packet 3 on receipt of the AC140 application. The reason I was surprised about it was because I got the Packet 3 forms(OF169,DS230) from Mumbai inspite of including these forms in my AC140 application. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in...
