Hi, My wife's EAD is expiring on May 6th and she has got a job offer and is supposed to join on Apr 16th. I applied for the EAD renewal only on Mar 16th. EAD processing is taking 2-3 months, what will the employer do in this case ? Its a new job, she has never worked before in the US...
