howto renew L2 EAD after 2 months of its expiration ?? thank you in advance vasavi

i am on L2 status i came to US in 4/05 and got my EAD from 7/05 till 12/05 as my I-94 expired on12/05 . my husband's L1 visa has also expired on 12/05 but he has his I-94 till 2007 so his employer applied for my I-94 extention for on 10/05 ...still waiting for it to be approved.The USCIS website...
